Try This:-

awdflash.exe bios.bin /py /sn /cc /r

The input filename means where do yuo want to save a backup to. Using the /sn switch on the command passes this

Same... Getting the blinking message. No, I think it's the name of the new bios, not the backup one, cause it's the first asked

By any chance, did you try to see if it flashes just the OC version of this bios. Also, why dont you give uniflash a go, and verify you have a ps2 keyboard going.

The OC version ?

I have a usb wireless keyboard... Could it be the cause ?
DOS won't start Uniflash...

Well, I have a wireless keyboard, but they are all different. For the OC version I was referring to the unlocked version posted in the Unlocked Award section.

Same with OC version

Then grab a copy of Uniflash and try to flash the CPU mod.
