Strange thing is, no modding was ever required after all. After updating to latest bios from Dell website i installed key and it worked. I mean, really, i even checked with some .exe some file and there was "SLIC 2.1 llama" which is pretty strange, since the laptop itself came with a copy of Windows 8.1 pre-installed.

Yes my friend,
lately most of newers Bioses have all Slic 2.1 introduced (now is going to be old and
not useful for the future as Win8 use a Key activation in Bios) !
