[HELP] Cannot repair or reset bios Lenovo G500 (78CNxxWW)

Hello I decided to change the value of memory allocated for the integrated video card I raised it to 1024 MB after saving and restarting the laptop began to behave strangely reboot 4 times and show a black screen sometimes it restarts endlessly and if I start it from the battery it turns on and after a couple of minutes turns off resetting bios does not help I tried everything I read that the settings are stored in NVRAM but I do not know how to reset NVRAM after that I tried to restore bios I did everything according to these instructions
Downloaded latest BIOS from Lenovo's site (support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds036474). Extracted "BIOS Update.exe" using 7-zip.
[*]Downloaded the Phoenix Tool ran it on the WinVIWGP203.ROM file from the extracted exe. The suggested file name is "VIWGPX64.F?"
[*]Copied and renamed the original WinVIWGP203.ROM file to VIWGPX64.FD.
[*]Format USB drive (in my case, 8 GB, FAT32), copied the new .FD file to it's root.
[*]Disconnected battery, power cable, etc., from laptop.
[*]Plug USB in (all ports tried).
[*]Held down FN+B (FB+R also works on this machine). Plug in AC Adapter, power on.
[*]LEDs light up, let go of FN+B. Fan spins heavily. LEDs lit are white and orange.
and the result is that the flash drive does not flash, but just lights up on the laptop black laptop does not make any sounds only the sound of the fan, which is spinning at full speed maybe I need to use a 4GB flash drive and format it to FAT16?
If anyone has encountered something like this please help please help please I don't want to use the progromator and clips(sorry for bad english)
