That link is for HP Pavilion dv9700t CTO Entertainment Notebook PC not the one in the thread title.

Do one thing, post request for AHCI enabling in phoenix bios unlocking section, when AHMED have finished modding it, post the moded file in whitelist removal request section and i will remove white list checks.

anyways a noob question actually..
with the help of whitelist removal will my intel pro wireless 3945abg card work on snow osx 10.6.2 or 10.6.6, as i am dual booting with windows 7 and snow osx by hazard.

thanks for the help! Smile

No, it will not.

Whitelist removal can help you in exchanging your intel 3945 with another fully supported by OSx like some Broadcom 43xx or some atheros.

I saw ahmed has told you there's no ahci options to unlock in your bios, that's bad, even adding an option rom to the bios there's the need of a setting that puts controller in AHCI mode and change its device ID so the option rom loads. I think you should use nawcom boot cd for instaling osx and forget about AHCI.

hmmm, i think you should install Win7 with Sata in native move and then install OSX using Nawcom Mod boot cd and a retail Snow OSX DVD. That's for the multiboot.

If you have time to play try installing them one at a time to see if they can manage well enough for you the SATA native mode, and then, if it was good, do a dualboot installation.
