Asus P5BW-LA unlocking

Could someone try to unlock this BIOS? I tried with modbin, but stuck at loading bios plz wait... I attached the file extracted with 7zip from exe installer downloaded at HP. What I wanna do is overclocking/ changing FSB.

I'm not a modder but u have to use special hp tools to mess with hp bios... the above pdf explains it a little...

Gotta stick with compatible cpu... i run v3.17 it works with quads but mainly old 2006 xeon's and q6600/q6700 so you can run max 2.67ghz x 4 core's with 8 to even just maybe 4 x 4gb modules for 16gb im not sure on the 16gb though...
