Question 
When i put this CPU on mobo , Its running on 800mhz i.e 200Mhz Bus + 4x Multiplier even after disabling AMD cool n quite feature. PLEASE HELP ME ! Sad

Did you try raising the multiplier ?

Yes , After disabling AMD cool n quite feature , i did increased the the multiplier . but again in windows it shows 800 mhz.

Try using ntune in windows while the cpu is in the tdp limit of the mobo i'd still take precaution though.
