HP Insyde bios won't see charger, need mod of init file to skip adapter check & flash

Hi, laptop is HP 15-cs3153cl. Previous owner bricked while flashing so it will not see the charger and battery won't charge. I need to be able to modify the init file to skip the adapter check, which I somehow haven't been able to do. Extracted bios by starting update and copying all temp files. Any help appreciated
