Sorry.
Try recover:
1. Rename BIOS file to AMIBOOT.ROM and save it on a USB FAT32
2. Insert this USB. Turn On the system and press and hold Ctrl-Home to force update and it will read the AMIBOOT.ROM file and recover the BIOS.
3. When there is no more activity, wait for a while and restart the computer.

i tried using several USB keys and also by writing the amiboot.rom onto a cd. when i start the server with holding ctrl-home nothing happens, the screen stays black an there is no access to the cd or the USB keys even when plugging off the power and resetting CMOS.
any more hints or will i have to file a RMA with HP?

I am chasing this up please if anyone has a link
EDIT: Found a couple of places, 5 to be exact but only 1 allowed me to use SLIC 2.1
Only issue I have now is to get it to see both sticks of memory (Corsair CMV8GX3M1A1333C9)
