HP erica 8643 cpu support upgrade

board hp erica 8643 
can only  use certain socket am4 cpus (only 5 counting stock ryzen 5 3500) 
requesting a bios mod 
i tried to u a ryzen 7 5700g and no boot.

are u sure it will work because my board doesnt have bios flash back
also cant find the bios oon the website.
