Mod BIOS for Video Card

I have a Dell Dimension 8200 and I recently purchased an ATI Radeon HIS 4350. When I install the card and turn the PC on, nothing happens on screen and the PC doesn't start BIOS. I think that this is a BIOS incompatibility. Is there a way to mod the BIOS to make it compatible?

You should check out what types of graphics card your MB supports. You can read about it in the MB's manual. Look for technical data, there will not be a list of graphics cards, and compare that technical data with your card's. Look for voltages, speed, and bus type.
