By switching "Integrated Clock Controller->External Clock mode Configuration" from Enabled to Disabled, the PC didn't boot anymore, the Debug LED displayed a FF POST Code.

After that I tried the settings, shown in the screenshot.

But nothing worked out, still 102.9Mhz.

It seems that's for internal clocker only.
