Looking to unlock the TDP so that the 8550u can run at 30 watts and not throttle after 15 seconds. 

I opened the bios in the PhoenixTool app and It didn't claim it was encrypted but it does have an accompanying .sig file that I can upload as well if needed.    Name your priceee
