Hello!
Is it possible to unlock hidden menus in the Gigabyte Aero 15 Classic BIOS (i7-9750H processor, HM370 chipset) and upgrade microcodes? I saw that a similar operation was possible for the Aero 15X laptop. I attach the last BIOS and photos of BIOS screens.
Thank you in advance!

Thank you for your help! I tried to upload this changed bios with the only method that Gigabyte uses, that is via afuwin64x, but the bios is secured and I get the message "Error 18 - Secure Flash Rom Verify Fail".
Maybe another way to do it? If I take a dump from FPTW, will I be able to remove the write lock?

but my factory BIOS ver. B02 no longer allows to disable SecureBoot! (there is no such option in the Secure menu, only "changing the administrator password" and "deleting all keys from NVRAM"). Therefore, I cannot start from unsigned RU and change the BiosLock variable.
Do you know any way to get around this? You can probably modify the image that I downloaded directly from the BIOS chip using the CH341A programmer and upload it directly to the chip, but this way I leave only as an emergency variant, because the chip is soldered on the board and from what I see there are a lot of problems programming the chip MX25L12873F directly on the motherboard without desoldering. It took me a few hours to find the version of the program that read the BIOS from the chip without errors under Windows 10 and pass verification.
Is there any way that I can change BiosLock with secureBoot enabled? Does GRUB allow to start with secure boot enabled and without deleting the current keys that are needed to run Windows 10?

Ru.efi or GRUB EFI both need boot usb flash as efi mode , so if cann't disable Secureboot ,it will not run.
There is a method to change NVRAM variable ,download this file below , it contains guide let you know how to do. http://www.4file.net/roagm1pu0fnd/SCEWin-Multi.zip.html
It's AMISCE tool ,you can get a script file then edit it by notepad(move *).
After edit the script , re-write it with sce.
By my test ,this tool is not 100% work for any motherboard ,you need to test it yourself.

genius239, thank you very much for your help and suggestions. I was able to bypass the SecureBoot problem by using "Super UEFIinSecureBoot Disk v3" available at the link:
Thanks to this, I installed Ru.efi despite the SecureBoot enabled and managed to change the BIOS Lock under 0xB48 from 1 to 0. (Of course, this did not disable SecureBoot itself. I also found the SecureBoot variable in the BIOS, which is set to 1, it can be changed to 0, but Ru.efi cannot write it) Unfortunately, despite changing BiosLock variable to 0, I am unable to save modified BIOS by AFUWINx64, still message "Secure Flash enabled".
If you have time, I attach my bios dump made by FPTW. If you make your changes there to unlock the hidden menus, I will try flashing through FPTW.

Finally some success! After the change BiosLock, FPTW works and I was able to save the changed BIOSes.
mod1: many words "Advanced" appeared in each tab and menu, virtually every option is now described as "Advanced", there are no new menus,
mod2: the original tabs are unchanged, a duplicate "Main" tab appears at the end of the main menu, which contains much more information than the first original "Main"
