There isn't any bios available on Acer site for Acer Aspire E1-410 ( I think it is a UEFI pure and not moddable), but I upload a tool to get bios backup and do a test too.
Download it and run as Administrator the upload the result file.
I will give a look and reply here.

You did run on desktop win8 as an exe program or tried from Dos ?
It's an SFX batch program and two clicks it run.
If do You want to try manually You have to use CLI (comand prompt) are U able ?
Open comand prompt as Administrator and U'll get C:\ then use cd comand to go into your directory
where is FPTw64.exe program so U'll get C:\users\admin\desktop\NEW_BACKUP_FPTs64\8.1.10.1286 something kind
and then You have to run this comand :

FPTW64.exe -d biosbackup.bin -bios

If You'll get an error You have to try with C:\users\admin\desktop\NEW_BACKUP_FPTs64\9.5.14.1724
As You see there are two folder and two version of FPT they are platform specific, so can work 1 or 2 and You have try what is
working for your platform.

It's to do a backup, if It will be right You'll get biosbackup.bin file into the same folder, then You upload it here.

I would understand, so I explain better about FPT !

Actualy there are 2 versions woking :

1. FPT 8.1.10.1286
2. FPT 9.5.14.1724

They depend on Intel Hardware Platform any MoBo has its own and You have to find which one between these two is working for your MoBo.
I don't understand what have You done and which program used, so I upload these two and are in separated folder 8.1 and 9.5 so You can reply to me with 8.1 and 9.5.
I'll wait then if it gave an error we have to try from Dos pure, so USB Dos Bootable copyied into these 2 folders and reboot from USB and try again.
But normaly FPT works from Win8 and may be there is an error as 26 , 28 , 280 if 280 it's not posible to reflash !
