I need recover bios of mu laptop lenovo thinkpad

Hello
I have lenovo thinkpad edge 15 (3019a15)
I have made a big mistake
whene i was updating my laptop's bios, i have remove the batery, so whene i restarted the laptop i got a solid black screen,
after some researchs i have realised that i have destroyed the bios firmware, so Can some one tell me if i can recover the bios of this laptop
i have read how to recover the bios in this

but infortinately i didnt find the firmwar of my bios
