Ok, I am a novice at this bio thing so I'd appreciate it if you can give me "layman's" instructions on how to fix my issue. From hours and hours of reading, it seems like we need to remove the whitelist. We had the original network card go bad. We were getting the dreaded unsupported network 104 message that everyone talks about.
So we installed a USB wifi and the computer worked great for quite sometime..now all of a sudden..we are getting the "104" message again and cannot get past that on a reboot.
Can someone help me with the whitelist removal for this computer?
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
I'd appreciate the help as this computer is used for business and right now we cannot access our work.
