I have a computer with the insyde bios that doesn't allow me to change the nx/dx setting of my processor. Instead of just adding to the queue of requests I thought I'd do it myself using a tutorial on this site, but before I get started I'd like to know what the risks are.

If something goes wrong will it be possible to recover my bios without doing any damage to files and such?
