samsung n148 plus bios

i installed windows 7 ultimate in this netbook.the installation went smoothly after the netbook restarted ( finished the installation of win7). the loading screen of win 7 did not appear i was stuck in this blank screen..i tried to reinstall the original os. same thing happened. then i read that i have to update bios.

i tried to update bios using a usb. i downloaded the bios support from samsung.com but when i try to run it the dos says the file is not for dos.
i dont know where to DL bios like slic.

help me pls.. and more instruction on how-to-do will help me even more..
