Are you sure you have the right bios? Based on the vbios version Catalyst is reporting, that one doesn't exist in the entire bios at all..

Going to assume GPU-Z is right then.. well it better be cause if both are wrong then.. & this is the first time I seen GPU-Z be wrong about vbios info too. Ill try some more of those 5650M bioses shortly if im not too sick..
