System will halt !!

Hi everyone , how are you

that is my first thread in your forum , I am your brother from Egypt so my English may be so weak

Now to my problem , My laptop is " Acer Aspire One D270 " , when I turn on my laptop , there are some letters and words , then a line of words contain those letters :

" ATA Port 0 : VDC " and some numbers and other letters

then it shows me a blue box in black background and order the password , I type the password which I use it to access to desktop but it does not work , and I can not see If I write in Arabic or English or even if I write Capital letters or small ones , I have 3 times to type the right password then it shows me another blue box says " system will halt !! "

I tried to look for this problem in several sites but nothing , so I need your help , sorry for my long thread and .. I am waiting your replies
