1. I need to unlock all functions on my bios can someone help me ?

because i have a problem with my bios and i think that the only solution is to find out how to fix it inside the hidden features

if some can give me and advice, here is my problem:
My Old Sony Vaio VGN-CR23_B bios start paused every time i start or restart my computer, and it give me a logo screen without any information and it can stay like this forever until i push any key and then it continue booting.
