Need Dell Dimension 8400 Slic 2.1 to activate windows 7

Please I need Dell dimension 8400 bios with slic 2.1 to activate windows 7 as i have windows 7 but it is not activating on dell dimension......
If anyone finds out any link please post it as i desperately need dell dimension bios with slic 2.1.

Your bios is a DELL Phoenix Bios file which cannot be modified...in order to modify a DELL Phoenix Bios File, you must have slic 2.0 in it and your bios does not contain it...sorry but you will need a loader to activate windows 7.
