SLIC 2.1 needed for HP dc5000 Microtower PC

I know this is old but its for a neighbor who is real old and can't afford a new PC so I overhauled it, maxed out the ram, put win7 in it, shut of all the unneeded services, etc and it actually runs smooth.
But the bios causes Dazs' windows loader to be detected and deleted for some reason so I cant leave win7 updates turned on.
I updated it to the max anyway then turned off updates, etc so it runs great but I would be happier if it had the slic to avoid any problems in the future for him.
