How do I change the boot image?

Hi, all!

I'm trying to build a MAME machine (an arcade game emulator), but when my computer boots up, the BIOS splash kills the "arcade" effect. I've been searching for quite a while now, but I can't seem to figure out how to change the splash image on my BIOS.

I'm using an old Compaq Presario SR2050NX. Here's a link to the bios provided by HP.

If anybody could point me towards a tutorial on how to do this myself, it would be much appreciated!
