Used DCCU to make
  BiosUpdate_GX280_A08.rar (Size: 1.35 MB / Downloads: 141) a Windows installer. It is "silent" so just give it a minute or 2 to run and it reboots itself.

Good luck finding Win 7 drivers, I just had a hodge podge of drivers in a folder and miraculously they finally worked. Integrated video took the WinXP ones, so I have a WEI of 1 point on that. YAY!
