You cannot update a videocard. It's actually a chip, soldered on the motherboard of the laptop. You can try to overclock it though, but you have to watch te temperature.
The most you can do is update the bios, but generally it has nothing to do with the videochip, especially this one. I've got the same in my Asus N73 and it's pretty neat, even for todays standards. I'd like to replace it too though... But it's almost impossible to do, there is a big chance your laptop will be broken when you are going to try to replace the chip. Besides, the new chip must be compatible, I think you can only upgrade it to GT 555 or something like that, which isn't worth the investment and risk.
Edit: you can also update your drivers. Search for them on the site of Nvidia.
