Increase number of PCI buses available in AsRock x79 Extreme 11

Does anyone know how to do this? I've run out of room with the apparent 47 or so PCI buses available in the stock BIOS. Im looking to increase that number to 70 or so if possible.

I've used MMTool and BCP, but I don't know where to look for the allocation of PCI buses.
