All right so i have an hp Compaq dc7100 with a locked bios, Could one of you guys make a modded bios for it, I'm kinda new at over-clocking and i have scavenged to the ends of the earth to find a way to overclock my HP
The specs are:

-asus 097Ch Hewlett Packard motherboard
-dual core Pentium 4 (Prescott) HT
-4 gigs of ram
-1 gig dual core amd graphics card

I have tried the programs like Clock-gen and CPUFSB, none of them work because my pll on my motherboard is IDT-CV123PV
