[Request] Biostar TP67XE V 5.1

Request SLiC 2.1 mod please.  This is for version 5.1.  I searched and found one copy that had been previously modded but the original requester had issues with it.  I played with it for a bit but could not get it to work.  Dump is O.K. But I get an error the reads "No OME SLP String found !"  I googled that but couldn't find a definitive answerer.
