thinking of upgrade looking for good motherboard.

I'm looking for a Motherboard; I'm thinking of an AM2 with AM3 support because ram timmings don't matter to me only how many GB's of it and that DDR2 is cheaper than DDR3.

I got an AM2 sempron 3200+ CPU i could use if i need to instal a bios mod or something before an AM3 CPU.

4x4GB DDR2 support would be heaven but i'll settle for 4x2GB.

Sata support

and PCI x16 for graphic card.

other than that i'm looking to get for around 20$ on Ebay, maybe as high as 30$ if you say it's realy good; retail or OEM doesn't matter. Also if an DDR2 AM3 board exists that would be fine. I'm looking to instal on it the most powerfull CPU i can get on Ebay for 20$ or less (that sometimes can be a hexacore, generaly a quad).

Goes to say about my budget... around 50$ and the case and power plant i'll scavenge from someones thrown out computer... done it before (the name is necrocomputing, necro as dead and computing as in what a computer does when it's working; ei undead computers).
