(Request, sort of) HP NC2400

Hi everyone,

I don't consider myself a technology noobie but this sort of stuff makes me cringe a little. Here's the long and short of it:

1. I have an older HP NC2400
   
2. The WiFi card in it was terrible so i bought a Intel 4965AGN
   
3. Naturally I received a error 104 when I turned on the laptop which halted it from booting further due to the WiFi card being unrecognized by the BIOS
   
4. Looking through the forums I think the bios I need is out there i just need someone to point me in the right direction but....i could be wrong.
   
5. From what i can tell my BIOS is a Rompaq bios which sounds terrifyingly....bad
   

Can anyone point a finger at me and or link me? Thank you

I have the same problem with the same laptop and same wifi card. I can not downloaded there the Rom modified from this link.
