Can Bios mod help to enable overclock?

Hi guys,
I have read last night the first three important threads and I understood that I can enable all the motherboard manufactures by updating or modding the bios. The laptop that I disperately want to overclock is a Toshiba Satellite L500 PSLS6E, Phoenix bios, last bios version is 2.10, already installed and I have a very good cooling system under the laptop, but the bios haven't an overclock tab or something that can encrease the processor's performance, the processor is locked. So my question is: Can you make a bios mod that contains an overclock tab? Is it possible?
