Hey there, I am an IT guy, I have a dell inspiron 17 3737, which I believe has a corrupt bios. It is an Insyde bios, the version on the dell website is A08(I have no way of knowing which bios was on the machine when it bricked.) I have been trying to use the instructions on this site to flash the corrected bios. I've had some luck with the tool and another bios in the past.
Downloaded bios, extracted, don't see a .fd .rom .wph.
There are other files, I'm sure you can see if you extract it, the only one with one of the extentions mentioned in the article is
just one me.bin file which didn't work in the naming utility. I put the full .exe into the utility and it spit out something like "vbw00x64.f?" with the question mark.
this is the bios I am using from the dell site.

TLDR: Need help extracting and properly renaming file to put on USB drive to attempt to flash corrupt bios. If you can just do it and send me a zip or something do that, if you can just give me instructions on which file to put into the naming utility that would be great. Any help would be great. (If I going about this incorrectly and you have a totally different method let me know!)
