An easier method would be to set up 2 drives on raid on another machine, then plug it in and it'll just work.

That saves the hassle of plugging in 3 drives and running sata splitters in that tiny case.

So I think what you're saying is that two drives need to be formatted for raid on another machine. Then install them in the Sata0 and Sata1 ports. It should boot from there, and when the raid manager comes up, it will show a single drive that I can begin installing Windows?

I have a retired Dimension 5150 that is Raid1 capable. I wonder if this trick would work for Raid0?
