Acer Aspire V5-561p bios help

So I got this acer aspire v5-561p.  The bios has died or corrupted somehow, it will turn on but wont post.  When you go to do a bios recovery with the bios acer provides nothing works.  There was no .fd file to be found in the bios even after extracting everything with 7-zip.  

Were can I find the .fd file for that bios, or is it hidden somewere in the .exe file i extracted?  Its an insyde bios.  Also when you use Fn + Esc and boot up with the usb in with the files from the bios, you can hear the fan kick on to 100% but it never reads from the flash drive.
