Request HP dv6-6b26sa Whitelist Wifi

Hy Guys, 

All the last night I had tryed to whitelist wifi to my bios currently F1B (Decrypted) with Phoenix tool because EZH20 doesn't load my *.bin file...and winhex doesn't find everytime I try the correct "HEX" what a f....

I can downgrade is necessary to F15

Can you help me to understand why winhex, sometime find the HEX Values -> «31 00 30 00 34 00 2d 00 55» and sometime not...
And if I can save in a new file the interested block, I need you to use Phoenix tool to save the new bios...
