need to remove whitelists on bios Pavilion DV4-1580BR

i am have one HP DV4-1580BR and this have a wwan socket and antennas and i am have new 3,75G modem to
put on it and this appears a hardware error and need to change wifi card to new intel and not accept another,need to remove whitelists
for wlan and wwan,my last bios is this :
