As I thought...
1. Download this zip-file with microcode for mobile CPUs.
2. Unzip and find the file with name cpu000006fb_plat00000080_ver000000ba_date20101003.bin.
3. Rename it to PEP.DAT
4. Make DOS USB-stick (e.g, by Rufus).
5. Download the modded version of CHECKUP7 and unzip it to this DOS USB-stick.
6. Replace the file PEP.DAT on DOS USB-stick with new one (from p.3).
7. Boot form prepared DOS USB-stick.
8. Make & post a photo of the screen with results.
