Request for HP DV6-6123cl F.27

I have a 

HP DV6-6123cl
AMD processor
F.27 bios

this page indicates I'm supposed to have F.21 bios.

And this post indicates that F.27 was recalled.
According to this thread, the F.27 bios was recalled, which would explain why I can't find it.

The only thread I could find here had dead links.

I'm need to update my wifi and add blutooth. Looking to get as much as possible out of this old, but still fast, notebook.
