P5Q SE PLUS Optimizing Bios for Overclocking

Hey i was wondering if anyone could mod an asus p5q se plus bios so that i can raise NB voltage up to 1.45 instead of 1.4 and so that i can change northbridge voltage by incremints of 0.05 instead of 0.10. I also want to be able to change my dram frequency lower than 800mhz, i have 800 mhz ram but i want to underclock it to 667mhz so i can overclock my FSB higher without my ram limiting it; as of now the bios wont let me go lower than 800mhz ram when i have a processor with a base FSB of 400mhz, but i am able to change the FSB strap to NB to 333mhz but that doesnt let me clock my ram below 800mhz right now. If anyone can help me it will be much appreciated. Just let me know and ill upload my bios. P.s this is a lga771 modded motherboard so im running a xeon x5472 in this lga775 mobo
