Modding Dell Optiplex 780 to support more RAM models.

Hello,

I'm a new member here and a total noob in bios mods, I just have a question. Is there a mod available that can make an Optiplex 780 accept more RAM models?

I bought 3 sticks of ram (https://www.kingston.com/datasheets/kvr16n11s8_4.pdf) to upgrade my computer but the PC won't post when I installed them because apparently they're not compatible (I have no idea why).

Is there anything I can do to make them work with my PC? I'd appreciate any help I can get.

Computer: Dell Optiplex 780
