how to flash a mod bios?

Hello to everybuddy im new in this area of modded bios , i have a old motherboard g31mv - K and i want to mod his bios , i have the rom wich i found here but i dont know how to flash that rom in my bios if anyone can help me in this i will be gratefull .

Would you like to mod the BIOS or just flash it or both?

It seems like it would have either a Award or AMI BIOS, perhaps try to search for any flashing tools and/or tutorials to help you flash it.
