1) disconnect power cord
2) disconnect all HDDs and optical drives
3) remove all DIMMs and CMOS Battery
4) install new CPU
5) wait for 10 minutes
6) press and hold power button for 30 seconds
7) install CMOS Battery and one DIMM only in first slot.
8) connect power cord and try to power on.
Well, I have done these eight steps and the computer still beeps 5 times.
Then I changed the RAM module from slot 1 (lower one) to slot 2 (higher one), and, voila, the computer booted with a microcode error message, I pressed F1 key and it continued to boot.
Then I re-update microcode using the above fit_m.bin and ucode_m.bin, the error message is gone and the Motherboard tab in CPU-Z shows Manufacturer as Acidanthera... (instead of original HP one)
Now it works properly in Windows. But can not boot into MacOS (hackintosh) since the RAM module is in slot 2. So I swapped the CPU to Dell 9020m and Windows and MacOS work without any hack.
