Gateway gwtn156-7bk no boot, power button light on for 10 sec.

hi guys, i have a gateway gwtn156-7bk that looks brand new but doesnt even boot to bios. Just black screen , power button light goes on for 10 sec then goes away. Im thinking bios? i tried removing battery and powering off charger. Tried removing the ssd stick and even disconnecting many connection just leaving lcd and keyboard and still the same issue??
