[REQUEST] Dell precision M90 unlock/remove bios warning

hello! good day

i have a dell precision m90 here with a bullshit bios whitelist/block.

it REFUSES to post with a lower MAH battery installed. 

however. when i unplug the battery. boot the system. and plug it in. the system runs perfectly on that "deficient model" battery.

i've tried to look into the bios rom myself and found a single mention of "battery" with HXD. but since i am not experienced with editing bios files. i decided to not touch it,

the laptop in question is a old core 2 duo era system. so getting batteries is getting exceedingly harder.

which comes in a exe file. i've also attached the bare rom file extracted from the exe.
