About modded bios

So recently i unlocked the bios of asus rof strix g513rc. So The question is what will hapen if i flash my bios using a bios version provided in the asus website using ez flash from bios menu? Wil i loose my unlocked bios, or will it remain the safe as in unlocked state! Right now my bios is v327, so i want to flash v327 again! Let me know

... only BIOS settings (may) survive a BIOS upgrade. Since a BIOS upgrade overwrites (re-'flash'es)  the old (modded)  BIOS code, you will lose your code modifications almost for sure.
Servers sometimes have different parts with distinct and separate firmwares, where upgrading one does not harm the other, but in a normal PC's or laptop's BIOS, this is not possible...
