Info Re-Flash Bios Asus e MSI with CH341A eeprom programmer

good morning, I have an MSI motherboard from a few years ago that supports Ryzen and an Asus H170 which unfortunately from one moment to the next stopped working correctly giving me a black screen... doing a search on the internet I saw that there is a good probability that this is due to the bios not working well and I wanted to know if the bios chip of the aforementioned motherboards has some protection that prevents updates even via a ch341a eeprom programmer or if I can write the two bios freely without problems
