[REQUEST] HP Zbook 17 G6 BIOS Unlock

Hello, since a BIOS update  for my pc (HP Zbook G6 17) undervolting via tools like throttleStop are not possible anymore because of the plundervolt vulnerability. Moreover, HP forbidden BIOS downgrade past that version so I'm stuck with this. Is there any way to mod the bios into unlocking revert again? Or maybe create a fake updated with the old version? Thank you in advance.

I currently have a Zbook 17 G6 computer that despite cleaning, bios updates, fan software management attempts, ventilates to 100% continuously. 
The warranty has been exceeded for a few days after the beginning of the problem and HP is asking 450€ for the diagnosis... 

Is there a way to unlock the control of the fan by the BIOS in order to set it to for example 60% (I don't do intensive processing on this computer)

The documentation mentions EC CPU_FAN and THERMAL registers but no reaction (probably because an automatic management act). I'm not skilled enough to decrypt the DSDT properly or the Firmware/bios.
