[REQUEST] Alienware M16 R1 AMD Bios Unlock/Downgrade Request - Can paypal $20

I am trying to either unlock or downgrade my Alienware M16 R1 AMD bios. 

I want to undervolt/overclock my CPU and overclock my ram. There is a bootable bios menu called smokeless_UMAF that works for this, but it requires bios version 1.2.2 to work properly. I would like to get to this bios, or to unlock bios 1.13.1, which I am currently on.

Dell doesn't allow downgrades, and their bios file is an exe compiled in c++, so I can't decompile it easily to remove the version check. I tried to get into bios recovery with CTRL+ESC when powering on, but that did not work. It flashed 4 red and 3 blue.
I am wondering if I can either install the bios through some modded installer, or flash the bios manually using a usb flasher.

Any help is appreciated, willing to pay $20 for a timely solution (1-2 weeks) that does not brick my laptop.
