Dell XPS 9570 No TPM issue

Hello,

I have the common problem with my Dell XPS 15 9570:

- Alert message "No TPM detected"
- No TPM settings in BIOS
- No TPM detected in Windows

I've tested various other BIOS versions, Recovery BIOS, the TPM upgrade tool aborts and whatever.
Is there any known solution or a patched BIOS which removes the Alert screen?
